In Germany, a 1970 GAZ-13 Chaika convertible is up for sale. The car’s price is surprising – only 3990 euros. The GAZ-13 itself is already a rare model, and only about 20 convertibles were ever produced.
As seen in the photos, this is not a real Chaika, but a replica. It turned out quite well, by the way, as the car closely resembles the GAZ-13 design, albeit being a two-door.
The car is being sold in the suburbs of Dresden, which is in the former East Germany. So, real Chaikas could have been seen there.

The ad’s author states that the Chaika GAZ-13 itself was copied from the American Packard Patrician. It is also mentioned that the GAZ convertible is built on Mercedes 123 units and is equipped with a diesel engine.
