Many drivers are annoyed by government convoys. They often drive recklessly on the roads, hinder other cars, force them out of the lane, or occupy one and a half lanes. 
Nevertheless, this is not so much arrogance as a necessity dictated by safety rules. Recently, a short video appeared online showing how security works in a convoy. The video was posted on his YouTube channel by Nikolay Zborshchik.
