Aston Martin V8 Vantage has received an unusual modification. The American company AddArmor turned it into an armored vehicle.

The armored car received a special Kevlar capsule weighing 204 kg to protect the interior. Composite armor shields against 9 mm and .44 Magnum bullets (standard B4). Naturally, bulletproof glass and puncture-resistant tires are provided.
Among other features are grilles on the exhaust pipes to prevent explosives from being inserted. Also, the door handles can deliver an electric shock. In general, the Aston Martin supercar is quite suitable for the role of James Bond’s car, or it will do for the current Ukrainian conditions.

The Aston Martin V8 Vantage engine was left untouched – the 4.0-liter Mercedes-AMG V8 still produces 510 hp. However, the dynamics have worsened due to the increased weight. For the same reason, the suspension had to be reinforced.
By the way, this is not the first armored supercar from AddArmor. Previously, they similarly modified the Ferrari 458.
