by The most popular car colors in Ukraine for 2020 have been named. The statistics are provided by the association Ukravtoprom, which analyzed data on 302 thousand new and used cars purchased by Ukrainians over nine months.
Among new cars, the most popular color is white – it was chosen for a third of the vehicles, with Renault Duster being most frequently bought in white. Second place goes to gray (26% of new cars), with most cars in this color being Toyota RAV4.
The third most popular is black (14%), with the most popular black car being Toyota Land Cruiser Prado. The top 5 is rounded out by blue (Kia Sportage) and brown (Renault Duster).
In the segment of used cars, the most popular colors are somewhat different:
- gray – 38% (Renault Megane)
- black – 25% (Volkswagen Passat)
- white – 14% (Volkswagen Passat)
- blue – 12% (Volkswagen Golf)
- red – 5% (Renault Megane)
