A rare 1995 Ferrari F50 supercar was sold at the Mecum Indy 2026 auction for $9.8 million, equivalent to approximately 406 million UAH. The car is called a “time capsule” due to its minimal mileage of only 843 miles. Mecum Auctions writes about this.

The sold example has serial number 103501 and is the 36th of 349 Ferrari F50s produced from 1995 to 1997. The car is equipped with a naturally aspirated 4.7-liter V12 engine producing 513 hp and a 6-speed manual gearbox.

In 2022, the car underwent a comprehensive technical update at the British company DK Engineering. During the work, the suspension, steering mechanism, radiator, and wheel rims were restored. The interior upholstery was also replaced with the original Lorica material.

Along with the car, the new owner received a set of Schedoni luggage, the factory case for the removable hardtop, a soft emergency cover, tools, a compressor, documentation, and service invoices.

The F50 model was created for Ferrari’s 50th anniversary as a road car with Formula 1 technology. The project was led by Piero Ferrari, and the design was developed by Lorenzo Ramaciotti from the Pininfarina studio.

The supercar features a carbon fiber monocoque, a naturally aspirated Tipo F130B engine based on the motor from the Ferrari 641 Formula 1 car, as well as a racing pushrod suspension and active aerodynamics.
