Kia Carnival 2026: prices and updates

The Kia Carnival remains one of the most stylish minivans on the market. For the 2026 model year, the vehicle has not received significant updates but retains two engine options: a 3.5-liter V6 and a hybrid version with a 1.6-liter turbocharged engine. The Dark Edition package is also available, adding dark accents to the exterior.

The base Carnival LX FWD trim starts at $36,990 (excluding additional fees), which is $190 more expensive than last year. The highest trim in the standard lineup is the SX Prestige FWD at $51,090. Hybrid variants start at $40,990 for the LXS FWD, while the top-tier HEV SX Prestige is priced at $53,090.

Technical features

The gasoline V6 engine delivers 287 hp and 352 Nm of torque, paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission. The hybrid version produces 242 hp and 367 Nm but comes with a 6-speed gearbox. For buyers who value individuality, the Rear-Seat Entertainment System option is available, featuring software update capabilities.

The 2026 Carnival’s prices remain competitive despite a slight increase. It’s worth noting that hybrid versions, despite their higher cost, may justify themselves through fuel savings, especially for frequent travelers.
