One of the drivers found themselves in a dangerous situation after a conflict on the road in California, which ended with their car flipping over. The incident occurred during the day near the city of Ukiah, and the entire process was recorded by the Tesla’s cameras.
Footage published on YouTube shows a black Ram overtaking the Cybertruck, abruptly changing lanes in front of it. Then the Ram driver brakes, forcing the Tesla owner to change lanes. At this moment, a collision occurs – the Ram sharply changes trajectory, pushing the Cybertruck off the road.
The electric vehicle drives into a ditch and flips over. Tesla’s sensors automatically reported the accident to emergency services. Fortunately, the driver was not seriously injured, although they were taken to the hospital with complaints of back pain.

According to the Tesla owner, there were no conflicts between him and the Ram driver prior to the incident, which is confirmed by the camera recordings. California police charged the pickup driver with assault with a vehicle, although there is no official confirmation from the authorities yet.
The consequences of the accident for the Tesla were catastrophic – the car sustained serious damage to the roof, wheels, suspension, and body. It was later listed for auction on Copart in a heavily damaged condition. The cost of repairs likely exceeds the actual value of the car, so the owner is counting on insurance payments.
The motives of the Ram driver remain unclear, but the incident is reminiscent of other cases of road aggression towards Tesla owners. Unlike some similar situations, this case could have had much more tragic consequences. We hope the guilty party will learn from what they have done.
