In Kyiv, parking offenders are not welcomed and are sometimes dealt with very strictly. We have already written more than once about how those who park irresponsibly are punished. 
Now, Kyiv residents have decided to teach a lesson to the owner of a Mercedes-Benz S-Class W220 with Lithuanian plates, who parked right at the zebra crossing near the “Gulliver” shopping center. Apparently, someone from the passersby had spray cans. 
Now the Mercedes S-Class is all scribbled on and has practically turned into a kind of art car. It’s harsh, but maybe this will teach the owner to park according to the rules.
