If we don’t tie it to politics (which is unnecessary), we have to say that this winter has indeed been a challenge for our roads and patches on them. But in any case, it’s a bit strange to see the presidential motorcade slowing down before the holes, trying to go around them.

P.S. The video was published by Andriy Zalivsky, the mayor of Chervonohrad, where Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko visited last weekend. Why did he do this?
