In Australia, a famous early model Lamborghini Diablo was crashed. Notably, the rare car was just bought for half a million dollars.
According to witnesses, the driver lost control of the Diablo and the Lamborghini supercar veered off the road into a ditch. This is not surprising, as the early versions of the model lacked all-wheel drive and all the power of the 492 hp V12 engine went to the rear wheels.
Fortunately, the driver and passenger are unharmed, but the Lamborghini Diablo is seriously damaged.
Its front end is destroyed, and even the car’s roof was hit. Repairing the supercar will be very costly.
