Lamborghini has released a teaser for a new limited-edition model based on the Fenomeno coupe. According to preliminary information, it will be a roadster, and its debut is expected this weekend. The new car’s power will reach 1,065 horsepower.
Celebrating the 63rd anniversary
This year, Lamborghini celebrates its 63rd anniversary, a number that holds special significance for the company as it was founded in 1963. To mark the occasion, the automaker is holding a special event this weekend.
It seems there will be a special guest at the event, as Lamborghini has published a teaser of a new model on social media. In the darkened image, it is clearly visible that the car is based on the limited-edition Fenomeno: it features an aggressive hood with air intakes and large ventilation openings. These are complemented by a carbon fiber splitter and vertical air curtains.
Likely the Fenomeno Spyder
There are few details at the moment, but the mysterious model is most likely the Fenomeno Spyder. Although the company currently does not have an open-top car in its lineup, Lamborghini is working on addressing this, and spy photographers recently captured the Temerario Spyder.
We will learn more details this weekend, but the Fenomeno coupe is limited to 29 units and is equipped with “the most powerful V12 in Lamborghini’s history.” The naturally aspirated 6.5-liter engine produces 824 hp (614 kW / 835 PS) and 535 lb-ft (725 Nm) of torque, and works in conjunction with three electric motors. Two are mounted at the front, and the third is integrated into the eight-speed dual-clutch transmission.
Impressive performance
The electric motors are powered by a 7 kWh battery and provide the car with a total output of 1,065 hp (794 kW / 1,080 PS). This allows the model to accelerate from 0 to 62 mph (0-100 km/h) in 2.4 seconds, reaching a top speed of over 217 mph (350 km/h).
For comparison, the Revuelto produces a total of 1,001 hp (747 kW / 1,015 PS). This allows it to accelerate to 62 mph (100 km/h) in 2.5 seconds and also have a top speed of over 217 mph (350 km/h).

Thus, the new roadster not only continues the brand’s tradition of exclusive models but also offers even more impressive power figures, making it one of the fastest production cars in the world. Given the limited production run of the Fenomeno coupe, its open-top version is also expected to be produced in a very small series, which will only increase its collectible value and interest among wealthy buyers. The appearance of this model also indicates that Lamborghini continues to develop its lineup of hybrid supercars, combining a powerful internal combustion engine with electrification to achieve maximum performance.
