Lamborghini Introduces New Loud Design for Its More Restrained Supercar

American tuning atelier 1016 Industries has unveiled a stylish upgrade package for the Lamborghini Temerario, which dramatically changes the model’s appearance.

Response to Fan Requests

Some Lamborghini fans felt the Temerario looked too restrained, especially compared to the more extravagant Revuelto. For those wanting to enhance the exterior’s aggressiveness, Florida-based company 1016 Industries has developed a wide body kit that gives the car such a sharp look it could claim its own STO designation.

Front-End Details

The kit includes a two-tier splitter with side wings on the bumper, as well as additional air intakes integrated into the hood and front fenders. Engineers have also redesigned the front and side air intakes. The side vents are now equipped with arrowhead-shaped inserts that visually flow into the widened rear arches.

Aerodynamics and Drama

The main highlight, of course, is the pair of wide fender overlays that add a racing spirit to Lamborghini’s so-called “entry-level” supercar. They are complemented by a set of new alloy wheels executed in an aerodynamic design.

Rear-End Updates

The rear has also been completely redesigned. It received a fixed rear wing, reminiscent of the Gallardo Superleggera, and dual air intakes on the roof, mounted on the engine cover. The updates are completed by a more aggressive diffuser and additional bumper trim elements inspired by the Huracan Tecnica model.

Materials and Configurations

According to the tuners, the body kit will be available in all material variations with endless configuration possibilities. This means a choice between FRP (fiberglass), carbon fiber, or forged carbon, as well as a wide range of colors and finishes for each material.

Power Remains Standard

This particular package does not include any performance-enhancing modifications, although the Temerario certainly doesn’t lack for it. In standard configuration, it produces 907 hp thanks to a hybrid powertrain combining a twin-turbocharged 4.0-liter V8 engine and three electric motors.

Model’s Future

Rumors suggest Lamborghini itself is working on an even more powerful Temerario version with over 1,000 hp, which could continue the Superleggera, Performante, STO, and Tecnica lineage of its predecessors. There is also talk of a non-hybrid derivative model and even an off-road variant in the Sterrato style in the future.

Price and Availability

The 1016 Industries kit for the Lamborghini Temerario is set to go on sale in February 2026. The price has not yet been announced, but considering that a similar forged carbon kit for the Revuelto can cost up to $135,000, it’s safe to assume this upgrade won’t be budget-friendly.

The emergence of such detailed tuning packages from independent ateliers like this one underscores the constant demand among owners of exclusive cars for personalization, even when it comes to the latest hybrid supercars. It also demonstrates how the tuning market is changing, adapting to electric and hybrid platforms, where the focus often shifts from mechanical enhancements to unique design and aerodynamics. Such offerings allow manufacturers to keep the base model more mainstream, while niche players cater to the needs of the most demanding enthusiasts.
