The iconic Lamborghini Diablo is making a comeback. The famous 90s supercar has received a modern version that will be released as a limited series. This was reported by Focus. The new Lamborghini Diablo is created by the Italian company Eccentrica. It was founded by Italian millionaire and long-time Lamborghini enthusiast Emanuele Colombe. Eccentrica Diablo (that’s what the model is called) is based on the original supercar but has undergone a thorough modernization. The Lamborghini Diablo coupe retains the classic wedge-shaped design with upward-opening doors but has received modern features such as LED headlights, aerodynamics, or 19-inch wheels. The construction uses carbon and titanium. Carbon is also present in the Lamborghini Diablo’s interior, alongside leather and Alcantara. The supercar has a digital instrument panel and a modern Marantz audio system. The 5.7-liter V12 Lamborghini has been upgraded, and its power has increased to 550 hp. Acceleration to 100 km/h now takes 3.5 s, and the top speed is 335 km/h. Additionally, there is a new exhaust from Capristo. And modern Brembo brakes and Pirelli P Zero Trofeo R tires have reduced the braking distance from 100 km/h to 34 m. In total, 19 Eccentrica Diablo will be produced at a cost of 1.2 million euros. All cars will be manufactured on an individual order basis, and the company will take into account all customer preferences.
