Limited Edition McLaren Supercar Became a Flood Victim a Week After Purchase (video)

Hurricane Ian in Florida destroyed dozens of homes and damaged hundreds of vehicles. Among those affected by the disaster was the exclusive McLaren P1 supercar.

An American bought the McLaren P1 for a million dollars just a week ago and managed to drive only 480 km on it. The supercar was parked in the garage along with a Rolls-Royce, but this did not save it from the elements.

Initially, the garage was flooded, and then McLaren P1 was literally washed out onto the street. Judging by the photos, the water level was quite high and the repair of the hybrid supercar will be very expensive.

Let us recall that a total of just 375 McLaren P1s were produced. This 916-horsepower hybrid can accelerate to 100 km/h in 2.8 seconds and reach a top speed of 350 km/h.
