Thus, the motorcycle of 2013 was named the new BMW R1200GS with a liquid-cooled engine (it also became the best enduro for travel). Now this and other 5-year-old bikes can be bought for much less money than they originally cost. But at the same time, they remain among the best, and therefore – desirable!
BMW HP4 became the number 1 sports bike of the year (second place – Ducati Panigale R). 
Second place among manufacturers patriotically went to Triumph Motorcycles. The best tourer was YAMAHA FJR1300. 
Second place went to BMW F800GT. 
The best naked middleweight bike was the Triumph Street Triple.
This year, both versions of the Street Triple – standard and R – sold very well both in the UK and beyond. 
Second place goes to Kawasaki Z800. 
The best large-capacity naked bike was recognized as Aprilia Tuono V4R. 
Second place went to Triumph Speed Triple R. 
The best sports bike medium displacement was named Triumph Daytona 675R.
It is closely followed by Kawasaki ZX-6R. 
The best cruiser according to MSN is Moto Guzzi California. 
Its closest competitor is Honda F6B. 
The best motorcycle with a 125 cc engine, which can be ridden by beginner motorcyclists with an A1 category, was named the mini-sport bike Rieju RS3 125 LC with a Yamaha-Minarelli engine. 
Second place: HMC Classic 125.
The best motorcycle with an engine of less than 500 cubic centimeters: Honda CBR500R. 
Its closest competitor: KTM 390 Duke. 
The best scooter: BMW C600 Sport. 
Second place goes to Suzuki Burgman 650. 
The best retro-style motorcycle was recognized as HONDA CB1100.
Moto Guzzi V7 is in second place. 
And although there is still a long way to go until the new motorcycle season, it’s actually possible now to look for a new iron horse. More precisely, not new, but used.
