Electric vehicle manufacturer Lucid Motors has introduced significant discounts on its Air model, making this premium sedan somewhat more accessible to buyers. The most advantageous offer concerns leasing the base Air Pure version – from $519 per month with the condition of making a down payment of $3,696. For those who prefer financing, an annual rate of 2.99% for 72 months is available.
Discounts also apply to the older versions: Air Touring and Air Grand Touring. For the latter model, the company offers the largest discount – up to $31,500, which includes a $20,000 Air Credit. However, even considering the promotional offers, the Lucid Air remains a premium-class automobile with a corresponding price.

It is worth noting that all Lucid Air models qualify for the full $7,500 electric vehicle tax credit. The company also offers additional bonuses, such as $2,000 for trading in a competitor’s car.

However, such steps indicate the company’s desire to expand its customer base in the face of growing competition in the electric vehicle market. This is especially relevant against the backdrop of price reductions by other manufacturers, such as Tesla, which puts pressure on all players in the premium segment.
