There are companies that modestly decorate cars, and then there is Mansory — tuners who outfit vehicles as if the trend for restraint will be canceled tomorrow. And if anyone thought the Mercedes-Benz V-Class was just a large minivan for business trips, the German atelier proved otherwise: even a minivan can transform into a luxury shuttle worthy of competing with Rolls-Royce in status and sophistication.
At the auto show in Shanghai, Mansory presented one of its most unexpected projects — a VIP version of the Mercedes V-Class, designed with the Chinese market in mind. There, spacious chauffeur-driven cars are not a luxury but a way of life for affluent audiences.
