Car Brand Depends on Owner’s IQ and Vice Versa

The British market research institute Censuswide examined the connection between the car brand and the driver’s intelligence. Initially, the IQ level of two thousand respondents was determined, and then it was found out which cars they drive.

According to current research, two-thirds of people worldwide have an IQ ranging from 85 to 115. Only about 2.5% have an intelligence level below 70 or above 130. A value of 144 is already at the level of a genius. Therefore, in general, the intelligence level of drivers of the car brands listed below is normal, but the picture is still interesting.

Separate ratings were compiled by engine type and car color. Owners of cars with gasoline engines have the highest IQ – 94.35, hybrids – 93.89, diesel cars – 92.91, electric vehicles – 90.19.

The top three colors are white (95.71), gray (94.97), and red (94.88), with green in last place (88.43).

However, one should not take this study too seriously – how truthful this data is and whether such a connection really exists certainly raises some doubts.
