by Official photos of the new generation Mercedes-AMG A45 have been presented. The extreme hot hatch was showcased at the Goodwood Festival of Speed, and it will go on sale in the fall at a price of 47.8 thousand euros. The four-door version CLA45 was also shown. 
The new Mercedes-AMG A45 is the most powerful and fastest charged hatchback in the world. Its 2.0-liter turbo engine develops 387 hp in the standard version and 421 hp in the A45 S.
The torque equals 480 and 500 Nm, respectively. 
With the new 8-speed dual-clutch gearbox, acceleration to 100 km/h takes 4 seconds in the A45 and 3.9 seconds in the A45 S. The top speed is limited to 250 or 270 km/h. 
The Mercedes hot hatch has retained all-wheel drive and also features adaptive dampers. The brake discs have been increased to 360 mm at the front and 330 mm at the rear.
The new Mercedes-AMG A45 2020 can be recognized by the large grille openings, body kit, and roof spoiler. In the standard version, the wheels are 18 inches, while in the A45 S, they are 19 inches. 
The interior is trimmed in leather and Alcantara with contrasting yellow inserts. Sports seats and a steering wheel appear here, and the virtual dashboard graphics have been updated.
