The charged pickup was created by the Team Triton Racing team with the support of the Australian division of Mitsubishi Motors. The 2.4-liter diesel has a new GTurbo turbine, replaced injectors, and an electronic control unit. The power increased to 344 hp, and the torque – to 677 Nm.
Moreover, the new Mitsubishi L200 is lightweight, so it is capable of accelerating to a hundred in 3.5 seconds and reaching 240 km/h. 
The Mitsubishi pickup received a new 6-speed manual transmission, a self-locking differential, and horizontal shock absorbers. In addition, it has a completely new rear suspension, and the front suspension has new struts and springs. Powerful Brembo brakes and 20-inch wheels appeared.
