by A Porsche 911 Targa 4S sports car was photographed in Kharkiv with an unusual badge. On its ‘stern’ is emblazoned a chrome inscription ‘Zaporozhets’.
Perhaps in this way, the owner of the 2007 German sports car decided to make a humorous reference to the fact that the Porsche 911 and the legendary model ZA3 are almost like brothers. Both cars are two-door, but what is more important – their engines are rear-positioned. Previously, the 911 had air cooling – similar to the Zaporozhets (well, almost).
The badge itself is stylized like the one that adorned the first Zaporozhets model, ZAZ-965. It has the same font and similar angled placement.
However, it is not excluded that the owner simply decided to turn his 911 into a ‘German Zaporozhets’ for the fun of it. Or Porsherozhets, if you will.
