Nature itself in the last decade of June has created favorable weather conditions for a seaside vacation in Ukraine, although rains will pass from time to time and thunderstorms will rumble, but they will only freshen the air and quell the dust. In addition, we are expecting long weekends again, a time most suitable for a short break or the start of a vacation.
The UV index from June 23 will be high, and it is necessary to protect the skin and eyes from excessive exposure to the sun. Dark clothing, dyed with natural pigments, best protects against sunlight.
This week, on June 24, the third supermoon of 2021 can be observed. The full moon will be best visible in Odesa with partly cloudy weather.
In the Carpathians, the maximum temperature will reach 26 degrees, but the Carpathian forests will act as an air conditioner, and the heat will not be noticeably felt by vacationers. It is known that the effect of transpiration (the movement and evaporation of water through leaves, stems, flowers) of one tree per year can be compared to ten continuously operating air conditioners. So far, the Carpathians with huge forest masses remain the best climatic resort in Ukraine.
Black Sea Resorts
On Wednesday, the temperature at the Black Sea resorts is comfortable at +25 °C, in the following days the air temperature will rise to beach levels: +28…+31 °C. It will be predominantly sunny, with short rains and thunderstorms occurring only locally.
Hrybivka – the sunniest resort this week. The maximum temperature during the day is +30 °C. Nights will be warm for summer +20…+23 °C. The wind is weak all week, only by Monday, a slight enhancement of the northwesterly wind is expected up to 4 m/s. The sea water temperature is slightly above 20 degrees.
Karolino-Buhaz: the daytime temperature is on average +29 °C. The humidity is high, up to 92%, and the wind is weak to moderate. The sea temperature near Karolino-Buhaz is 19.5 degrees.
Rybakovka will greet vacationers with a resort temperature of +27…+29 °C. The whole week will be predominantly without precipitation. If a lost rain cloud does appear, the rain will be short-term.
Crimea recently experienced a flood, and the rains continue. Currently, intense rains may occur in the Crimean mountains. The air temperature is expected to be around +27 °C.
Azov Sea Resorts
This week on the Azov Sea coast will be partly cloudy. The air temperature will reach +28…+30 °C. Thunderstorms and rains will occur locally but will be short in duration. The water temperature on the Azov Sea coast is +23 °C.
In Berdyansk during the day the thermometer will show a maximum of +29 °C. Clouds will come and go. Rains are expected from Friday to Monday, with a thunderstorm on Saturday.
In Henicheske it will be +30…+31 °C during the day, and at night up to +22 °C. From Thursday to Sunday, it will be cloudy, with short-term rains locally.
Carpathian Resorts
In the highlands of the Carpathians the maximum daytime air temperature will be on Friday, +26 °C. On weekends, there is a chance of thunderstorms and heavy rain, which will lower the temperature to +17…+18 °C. At night it is cool in the Carpathians, +12…+14 °C.
In Transcarpathia this week it’s very hot, up to +35 °C during the day. Local rains are expected during the week.
In Truskavets until Friday, the air temperature will rise, to +34 °C. On Saturday, thunderstorms will lower the temperature to +24 °C. At the beginning of the next week, the temperature will rise again to +27 °C.
