Purple Lamborghini Countach from Princess Up for Sale

British retro exotic dealer MM Garage has put a special Lamborghini Countach up for auction. The car is painted in an exclusive purple color and originally belonged to a royal blood girl.

The purple body color, Viola Salchi, was present on only two Lamborghini Countach cars (moreover, this is not an ordinary Countach, but a rare Lamborghini Countach LP400 Periscopica – only 150 of these were produced). This particular piece was gifted in the 1970s to Saudi princess Dalal Bint Saud al-Saud. After some time, the car was resold to America, where it was repainted in black. Then it went to a new, already third owner, who, in turn, restored the supercar’s original hue. However, the interior remained original – in light Bianco leather.

The supercar last appeared in public at the Pebble Beach event in 2021. The car was part of an exhibition organized in honor of the 50th anniversary of the Countach.

The sports car has a mileage of 54,740 kilometers. Under the hood is a 3.9-liter engine with a power of 375 horsepower. The organizers want to sell the car at auction for 800,000—900,000 euros. The auction organizers are confident that the model will quickly find a new owner, who will obviously be one of the famous collectors.
