In the USA, a 1992 Mercedes-Benz 250 GD is up for sale. Although this G-Wagen is not exactly luxurious or fast, its price is considerable – $90,000, even despite the modest mileage of 78,000 km. 
The fact is that the Mercedes G-Class was restored and improved by specialists at Expedition Motor Company. Now it features LED optics, a bull bar, a winch, skid plates, and a snorkel. 
Safety bars and a new soft top have also been added, and the windshield tilts forward.
BF Goodrich off-road tires are installed as well. 
The interior has been reupholstered with new brown leather, and the floor is wooden. As for the engine, the 2.5-liter 84-horsepower turbodiesel remains unchanged. Strangely enough, the tuners felt that this was sufficient for the frame SUV. Of course, it has a transfer case and differential locks at its disposal.
