This result repeated the record figure recorded at the beginning of the year. However, there is one nuance: the police device simply cannot show more than 5 ppm, because it is its maximum value. That is, in reality, the driver could have drunk even more.

The exact result can be determined by a blood test. It is noteworthy that the man was standing on his feet and speaking coherently. And he even claimed that he hadn’t drunk anything but soda. He now faces punishment under Article 130 of the Code of Administrative Offenses. Recall that the fine for drunk driving in Ukraine is from 10,200 hryvnias, and revocation of the license is mandatory.
