A Powerful Pickup from Hennessey

Technical Improvements
To make an already quite powerful pickup even more brutal, Hennessey engineers installed a supercharger on the 6.2-liter V8 engine. This allowed for a significant increase in power compared to the standard 420 horsepower and 460 lb-ft of torque of the base ZR2 model. Acceleration to 60 mph also improved significantly – from 5.6 seconds to 4.2 seconds.
However, the Goliath 700 ZR2 is not just a supercharged engine. The tuner also upgraded the BDS suspension and Multimatic DSSV dampers, claiming this improved “control, stability, and driver confidence” both on and off the road. New upper control arms, 20-inch off-road wheels with 35-inch tires, and a custom stainless steel exhaust system with black tips also appeared.
Exterior Matching the Character
The performance improvements wouldn’t be as impressive if the car looked standard. Therefore, Hennessey also took care of the exterior of its Silverado ZR2. A completely new steel front bumper with a 40-inch LED light bar is installed. There is also a new front skid plate and a steel rear bumper. A pair of electronic retractable side steps is added to the package.
