Land Rover has introduced two new special versions of Discovery
To celebrate the 35th anniversary of the Discovery model, Land Rover has introduced two special versions. Tempest stands out with a luxurious design featuring a contrasting Petra Copper-colored roof, copper accents, and exclusive 22-inch wheels. The interior is adorned with Ebony Windsor leather and aluminum inserts.
Gemini version and updates to base models
Gemini is offered in six colors, including the exclusive Sedona Red, with a black roof and 21-inch wheels. Both versions feature special entry lighting – circular for Tempest and hexagonal for Gemini.
The base S and Dynamic SE models have also been updated, adding new wheel options in 21 and 22-inch diameters. The company has introduced three themed accessory kits:
- Beach Days – for beach recreation with an organizer and roof racks
- Snow Days – for winter sports with ski mounts
- Road Trip – for travel with tablet holders and an additional trunk
Prices for the new models start at $60,200 for the base version, Gemini costs $70,800, and the top-tier Tempest is priced at $83,500. The models are offered with two engine options: a 2.0-liter with 296 hp and a 3.0-liter with 355 hp.
The Discovery updates demonstrate how the classic model continues to evolve, offering customers not only technical improvements but also comprehensive concepts for different lifestyles. The approach with themed kits, which transform the car into a full-fledged tool for recreation or travel, looks particularly interesting.
