Updated 2025 Audi A3: What You Should Know
Despite the popularity of SUVs and electric vehicles, the Audi A3 remains an attractive option for those looking for a compact, efficient, and premium car. The fourth generation of the model, introduced in 2020, received an update in 2025, which includes changes in design and technology.
The updated A3 version received a more expressive radiator grille, updated headlights, and LED rear lights. However, the price has also increased – the base Sportback variant now starts from AU$54,800 (~$35,400), which is AU$4,200 ($2,700) more expensive than last year.

Interior and Comfort
The A3’s interior is executed in a modern style with digital instruments and a 10.1-inch multimedia screen. However, some trim materials look cheap, especially the glossy plastic elements. The seats are comfortable, but power adjustment is only available for the driver.
Rear space is sufficient for two adults, and the trunk offers 380 liters (increasing to 1,200 liters with the seats folded). The car is also equipped with wireless technologies such as Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
Driving Impressions
Although the A3 does not impress with its dynamics, it offers good handling and a comfortable ride. The suspension handles bumps well, and the engine is efficient – tests achieved a consumption of 5.8 l/100 km. The transmission operates smoothly but is not the fastest on the market.
The price of the A3 may seem high for a compact hatchback, but for Audi brand enthusiasts, it remains a good choice. It combines comfort, style, and sufficient dynamics for daily use.
