Updated Honda CR-V 2026: Prices and New Features
Honda has announced prices for the updated 2026 CR-V, which is already arriving at dealerships. The new model is slightly more expensive than its predecessor, but the price increase is minimal. Among the key novelties is the TrailSport version with a more aggressive design and a hybrid powertrain.
Details on Prices and Trims
The TrailSport Hybrid starts at $40,195, including delivery fees. This makes it one of the most expensive versions in the lineup, although the Sport-L Hybrid AWD ($41,620) and Sport Touring Hybrid ($43,645) are even pricier. The base LX 2WD model has only increased by $820 compared to last year’s version.
In 2024, Honda sold over 400,000 CR-Vs, and the company expects the updates, especially the TrailSport, to help boost these figures. Hybrid versions offer better fuel efficiency—up to 43 mpg in the city for the Sport-L Hybrid 2WD.
In addition to hybrids, base trims come with a 1.5-liter turbocharged engine producing 190 hp and a continuously variable transmission. The CR-V remains one of the most popular crossovers on the market, and Honda is betting on its updated version.
