The Newest Aston Martin Model is Not a Car, but a House

A Luxurious Aston Martin House in Tokyo

The British brand Aston Martin has presented its first private residential project in Asia – a three-story townhouse in the prestigious Omotesando district of Tokyo. The house, created in collaboration with local developer VIBROA, impresses with its luxury and exclusivity.

Design and Features

The facade of the house is adorned with metal louvers, giving it a modern look. The garage can accommodate two Aston Martin models, but overall the interior is oriented towards a general aesthetic of luxury rather than an automotive theme. Among the features is a Bowers & Wilkins audio system, similar to the one installed in the brand’s cars.

“For Aston Martin, design is more than just automotive inspiration. We consider fashion, architecture, and even culinary trends when creating our projects,” noted Creative Director Marek Reichman.

This project has become part of the brand’s global strategy, which includes luxury residences in Miami and Ras Al Khaimah. Although the exact price of the Tokyo house is not disclosed, it is obvious that it is designed for the most discerning clients.

In addition to aesthetics, the house takes into account the peculiarities of the plot – thanks to the slope, it was possible to expand the underground space. It houses three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, making it an ideal option for living in the very heart of Tokyo.
