According to the data of the Research Institute of the automotive market, the most popular car in Ukraine in September was the electric crossover Volkswagen ID.4. It even surpassed the hugely popular Toyota RAV4.
The most popular cars in Ukraine:
- Volkswagen ID.4 – 342 units
- Toyota RAV-4 – 326 units
- Renault Duster – 248 units
- Mazda CX-5 – 161 units
- Hyundai Tucson – 150 units
- Toyota Land Cruiser Prado – 146 units
- BMW X5 – 145 units
- Skoda Octavia – 136 units
- Toyota Corolla – 130 units
- Suzuki Vitara – 124 units
Moreover, sales of new cars in September showed an increase by 65.7% compared to the same period last year. 5.8 thousand cars were sold, with the most being Toyota (932), Volkswagen (671), and BMW (496).
In total, Ukrainians bought 45.7 thousand new cars in the first 9 months of this year, which is 59.2% more than last year.
