Silhouette is essentially the same as Bosozoku. This direction in Japanese tuning originated in the 1960-1970s when the Super Silhouette Car Championship races were held.
The racing cars of this series were characterized by an inflated body, huge spoiler wings, and prominently protruding upward pipes. Nowadays, it is a tribute to the past, traditions, and simply a method of self-expression that many of us simply cannot understand.
