Unique Porsche 911 GT3 Touring with Hand-Painted Artwork
Porsche has introduced an exclusive version of the 911 GT3 Touring, created for the 75th anniversary of Porsche Luxembourg. The car is adorned with hand-applied graphics in the form of a red lion, executed by Luxembourgish artist Jacques Schneider. This work took 700 hours, making it the most complex paint job in the history of Sonderwunsch—Porsche’s special division for individual orders.
The main body color is Ice Grey Metallic, and the red lion symbolizes strength and the national identity of Luxembourg. The graphics are applied to the hood, doors, fenders, roof, and spoiler. In addition, the car received exclusive wheels with the engraved “Vive Vive Vive” and special interior details, including an embroidered map of Luxembourg on the headliner.
“We are used to the unusual ideas of our clients, but this project allowed us to showcase new possibilities,” noted Alexander Fabig, Vice President of Individualization at Porsche.
Interior Details
The car’s interior is also filled with unique elements: lions are embroidered on the seat headrests, and the word “Vive” is on the seatbacks. The door sills are decorated with aluminum trim plates inscribed with “Porsche Lëtzebuerg.” This project was a real challenge for the Sonderwunsch team, which demonstrated a high level of craftsmanship.
The creation of such special projects underscores that Porsche continues to develop an individual approach to clients, offering them the opportunity to create true masterpieces based on production models. This GT3 Touring is not just a car, but a work of art that combines technology, design, and national symbolism.
