The most popular cars in Ukraine during the war

Ukrainian motorists are mostly looking at minivans and German models. This is evidenced by the data from the Institute of Automotive Market Research.

Experts analyzed ad views on Auto.ria. It turned out that the most sought after now is the Mercedes-Benz Vito minivan. The usual segment leaders of used cars in Ukraine – the Volkswagen Passat and Golf, Skoda Octavia – are still in demand.

What cars are Ukrainians looking for during the war:

  1. Mercedes-Benz Vito – price: from $4700, average $10500
  2. Volkswagen Passat – price: from $3800, average $10500
  3. Volkswagen Golf – price: from $3700, average $6500
  4. Skoda Octavia – price: from $3700, average $7200
  5. Toyota Land Cruiser Prado – price: from $12500, average $17000
  6. Renault Scenic – price: from $3800, average $6000
  7. Mercedes-Benz GLE – price: from $33000, average $45000
  8. Renault Megane – price: from $3500, average $6500
  9. Opel Zafira – price: from $3900, average $6400
  10. Toyota RAV4 – price: from $7200, average $19600

It is also noted that Ukrainians have become more interested in expensive cars – BMW X5, Mercedes-Benz GLE, Toyota Land Cruiser Prado, and Volkswagen Touareg. However, electric vehicles are not in demand amid the fuel shortage – even the Nissan Leaf ranks only 50th in terms of views.
