According to the press service of the State Fiscal Service, a criminal case on the fact of evasion of customs payments for the Lamborghini Huracan was sent to court.
During the pre-trial investigation, it was established that the owner of the car from Kharkiv underpaid customs payments by 1.2 million hryvnia. The price of the Lamborghini is 193 thousand euros, not 71.2 thousand as he stated.
The Kharkiv resident admitted guilt and paid the missing amount. Accordingly, the State Fiscal Service decided to file a petition in court to release the owner of the Lamborghini from criminal liability. Apparently, the car will now be returned to him, as all customs payments have already been made.
