The new CLA L from China is larger than the C-Class

Mercedes has introduced the CLA L, which is 1.6 inches longer than the standard model. The long-wheelbase sedan is larger than the C-Class and is equipped with an electric motor producing 268 hp. Mercedes did not provide much other information about the car, but it appears to be equipped with a familiar 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster, a 14-inch infotainment system, and a 14-inch front passenger display.

Mercedes added that the CLA L is “the most efficient car in the segment with an energy efficiency of 93% from battery to wheels.” They added that during testing, the prototype was capable of covering 665 miles (1,071 km) on a single charge with an energy consumption of 8.26 kWh per 100 km (62 miles) at a constant speed.
