New Car from Mercedes-AMG: What is Known
Mercedes-AMG is preparing to launch a new model, details of which remain a secret for now. However, the company has published several teasers that suggest it could be either an electric supercar or the long-awaited sedan to compete with the Porsche Taycan. The car is painted a bright orange color and has an unusual design, including the absence of a traditional rear window.
One teaser shows the front of the car with a large AMG logo on a black insert, and another shows the rear with circular LED taillights and pixelated LED elements, similar to those used in the Hyundai Ioniq 5. The design is reminiscent of the Vision One-Eleven concept presented in 2023.

Technical Capabilities and Prospects
If it is a hypercar, it could get the AMG.EV platform with an 800-volt system and power exceeding 1000 hp. In the case of a sedan, the main competitor will be the Porsche Taycan, and the model will continue the lineup alongside the regular AMG GT 4-Door.
Although the presentation date is not yet known, Mercedes-AMG hints at revolutionary changes in its electric lineup. Given the brand’s trend towards innovation, the new model could become an important step in the development of premium electric vehicles. The design, which combines retro elements with modern technologies such as adaptive light panels, is of particular interest.
