by A photo of the Niva after a major facelift has surfaced on the internet. It’s not hard to guess that we are looking at the well-known Chevrolet Niva. As you know, after General Motors ended the partnership, it is now simply Niva. 
It is evident that VAZ designers developed the appearance of the Niva with an eye on the Toyota RAV4 – the most popular crossover in the world. Additionally, you can notice some features of the unrealized Niva II.
The vehicle’s front end has been completely replaced – the Niva has new headlights, a grille, a bumper, a hood, and fenders. The plastic body kit is also different. It should be noted that the photo shows the off-road version with a snorkel. It is also expected that the interior will be redesigned and the equipment expanded. However, under the hood, the familiar 1.7-liter engine with 80 horsepower is likely to remain.
The new Niva will be officially presented in February.
