The prices of the new Moskvich have become known. The crossover turned out to be too expensive, especially in the electric version.
The Moskvich 3e electric car costs from 3.5 million rubles, that is, 50,000 dollars. For comparison, the price of the Tesla Model 3 starts at $46,990, and the Opel Mokka-e electric crossover costs $34,400.

However, the Opel has 136 hp, the base Tesla has 280, and the Moskvich has only 68. That is, the modern electric car is less powerful than a 50-year-old Moskvich-412. The range is 410 km according to the Chinese cycle, which means significantly less in reality. Interestingly, in China, this JAC JS4 costs a little less than $20,000.
The 150-horsepower gasoline crossover Moskvich 3 is also not exactly affordable – the price starts from 2 million rubles or $28,000 for the version with a manual gearbox. The version with a variator costs almost $30,000 – like a Toyota RAV4 in normal countries.

Interestingly, the pre-facelift JAC crossover is sold in Ukraine, and during a test by TopGir, it was precisely the 150-horsepower version. Here, it costs approximately from $17,500. Interestingly, the Ukrainian version has a virtual instrument panel, but the new Moskvich decided to do without it.
