The Lamborghini supercar, which will succeed the Aventador, will be named Revuelto. The appearance of the super hybrid is also not a secret. This happened, as Supercar Blog writes, thanks to the publication of a scan of the cover of the Italian magazine Auto Capital on the web, which features the new model.

According to new information, the super hybrid will be named Revuelto. It will accelerate to «hundred» in 2.5 seconds and reach a top speed of 350 kilometers per hour. The car’s foundation will consist of a new composite monocoque, partially made from so-called forged carbon fiber. The powertrain will include a new V12 engine and three electric motors.

The word Revuelto regarding the new Lamborghini was first mentioned last spring – it was found in one of the company’s European patents. Later, other options were mentioned, such as Tormento, but the first one seemed to be the correct, judging by the current leak.

The appearance of the supercar in the images matches the exterior of a car captured in another scan that appeared in February. Thus, the Lamborghini Revuelto will retain the brand’s signature design styling but will become more aggressive in appearance due to developed air intakes, a large number of sharp edges, and Y-shaped inserts in the optics.

The manufacturer promises about 400 color options for the exterior and no fewer than 70 for the interior. 13 driving modes will be available to choose from. The design of the supercar provides 66% more downforce than the Aventador Ultimae, the company said. Sales of the novelty will start closer to the end of the year. The price of the new model is not yet disclosed.
