The photo of the Audi A6 was published on Facebook by auto journalist Volodymyr Mukan. It turned out that the car owner could not register it due to the quarantine – until recently, the Ministry of Internal Affairs service centers did not register used cars. Thus, it had to be driven with “quarantine plates.”
