by Canadian company Daymak has announced an unusual electric car called Spiritus. Its feature will be the function of mining cryptocurrency.
Daymak Spiritus is the first car in the world capable of mining. It will do this while parked or charging, and you can choose from a variety of cryptocurrencies – from Dogecoin to Bitcoin. A special wallet is also provided for storing cryptocurrency.
The features of the Spiritus do not end there. It is also planned to be equipped with a wireless charging function. And the electric car itself is unconventional – it is small (3.8 m long) and three-wheeled. Solar panels can be installed on the roof.
Several versions of the Daymak Spiritus will be offered. The basic 102-horsepower version for $20,000 will be able to travel about 290 km without recharging and accelerate to 100 km/h in 6.9 seconds.
The top 200-horsepower version with a carbon body will have a range of 480 km and will accelerate to a hundred in just 1.8 seconds. But it will also cost $149,000. Naturally, the electric car can be bought with Bitcoins, as well as Ethereum, Dogecoin, and Cardano.
