The first photos of the new Peugeot 308 2022 model year have appeared, whose debut will take place in the coming months. However, how the novelty turned out can already be seen now, thanks to photo spies who, as always, accidentally ended up in the right place at the right time. Coincidence?

To start with, the next-generation 308 has become the first Peugeot with a new logo, which many associate with Lamborghini (although such an emblem shape actually first appeared with the French, and only later with Lambo).
So, what is the new Peugeot 308. We are not car design critics here (although we love to talk about BMW’s giant nostrils), but the front of the novelty seems to us the fiercest among classmates. Narrow daytime running lights “a-la Cadillac”, no less narrow headlights, and a complex relief of the hood and wings… in our opinion, very original, unfaded, and smart.

From the unusual – duplication of the model name on the front and logo on the front wings.

Prices and the start of sales of the new 308 are still unknown, as there is no exact information about engines and specifications. Rumor has it, the 2022 model year car, developed around the modular electrified EMP2 platform, will be equipped with diesel and gasoline engines. A hybrid and fully electric Peugeot e-308 are also planned. Naturally, there will be an SW station wagon, which, according to preliminary data, will receive an off-road cross-version in the spirit of the Peugeot 508 RXH.
