by In the motor pool of the Odessa Regional Council, there is a unique 1996 Volvo 960 Royal limousine. Back in the day, it was used to transport President Leonid Kuchma. 
The rare find was reported by the chairman of the Odessa Regional Council, Anatoliy Urbansky. According to him, the car was used for transporting important international and government delegations. Leonid Kuchma used it during trips to the Odessa region.
The interior of the Volvo 960 Royal is finished with leather, wood, and velour, and in Ukraine, carpets were laid on the floor. The equipment includes electric seat drive, climate control, and even a phone. 
The Volvo 960 limousine is equipped with a 2.9-liter six-cylinder engine with 204 hp and a 4-speed automatic transmission. Acceleration to 100 km/h takes 9.7 seconds, and the average fuel consumption is 11 l/100 km. 
The car’s mileage is only 22,000 km.
This is because the car was used very rarely, and in recent years it was hardly used at all. According to Anatoliy Urbansky, the last time the car was taken out was to meet a delegation from Bulgaria. There are only two such extended Volvo 960s in Ukraine.
