The most powerful production car of our time is not the record-breaking Bugatti Chiron or even the Hennessey Venom F5, but the electric car Lotus Evija. Since 2020, it has been in production, and only 130 of these hypercars will be assembled, with a price tag of 2.6 million dollars. The four electric motors of the Lotus Evija collectively produce 2000 hp. Meanwhile, the electric hypercar is not too heavy (1680 kg) thanks to a carbon monocoque. The electric car accelerates to 100 km/h in less than 3 seconds and to 300 km/h in less than 9 seconds.

The maximum speed is not disclosed, but it is known to exceed 320 km/h. The 70 kWh battery provides a range of 400 km. You can charge the Lotus electric car from a fast station in just 20 minutes. The Lotus Evija features active aerodynamics and cameras instead of rear-view mirrors. The doors open upward with electric assistance.
