A low-production Soviet executive bus, a 1993 ZIL-3207 Yunost, has appeared for sale in Ukraine. The specimen is in museum-like, original condition and has preserved its factory configuration without changes. This is reported by the Telegram channel ACgarageNews.
ZIL-3207 Yunost: Specifications and Condition
The bus is equipped with a ZIL gasoline V8 engine with a displacement of 6992 cc and a power of 180 hp. It is paired with a 3-speed hydromechanical automatic transmission. The braking system is disc. The high-comfort cabin is designed for 17 passengers and a driver.
According to the seller, the bus is completely original and preserved in a condition close to factory. The published photographs are real and correspond exactly to this specimen.
Rare ZIL-3207 Bus: Production Run and Price
The ZIL Yunost series with the factory index 3207 was produced in a limited run — only 30 units. In Ukraine, only two such buses are known to have survived in good condition.
The ZIL-3207 was created as a small executive bus for transporting delegations and officials. Due to the extremely small number of vehicles produced, the model is considered one of the rarest in the legacy of the ZIL plant. The price of the specimen put up for sale is $150,000.
