The winner’s name in the main category will be announced on April 16 during the auto show in New York. So far, the jury has chosen the top ten finalists from among 52 cars. Among the contenders for the title of “Car of the Year” are the BMW X3, Hyundai Inster/Casper Electric, and Kia EV3. Both electric cars are represented by representatives of South Korean companies. In the previous year, these brands were also in the final of this competition, but with other models.
