Companies Gruma and Armored Car Systems have unveiled the Enok P1 project. The armored SUV is built on the Mercedes-Benz G-Class base. 
They took the extreme Mercedes G500 4×4² of the previous generation as a basis. It was upgraded following the example of the vehicles for the German army. The car has a thick armor, capable of withstanding rifle fire and an anti-tank mine explosion.
However, unlike the Bundeswehr vehicles, it retains a luxurious interior trimmed with leather, Alcantara, and carbon. All comfort attributes remain as well – climate control, electric drives, multimedia. 
The exact price of Enok P1 is not disclosed, but rumors suggest it is twice as expensive as the donor model. That means you can buy an armored G-Class for about half a million euros.
