The new Sagitar features updated headlights with black lenses and a more refined front grille with a small cutout. The VW emblem can now be specifically changed to a black or chrome variant, and black trim now connects small intake openings for additional visual interest.

In addition, Volkswagen has installed new door handles that align flush with the body and offers three new 17-inch wheel designs with black and silver disks, a sunroof, and a black shark antenna. The rear view shows a distinctive Sagitar emblem and LED taillights with a light strip.

Under the hood of the updated Sagitar will be exclusively a 1.5-liter turbocharged four-cylinder TSI engine developing a modest 158 hp (118 kW). The power is transmitted to the front wheels via a seven-speed DSG dual-clutch transmission.

Additionally, Volkswagen has equipped the Sagitar with several modern technologies, including a dashboard camera and event recorder functions that are becoming increasingly common in new vehicles for enhanced safety and protection.
