The American publication Consumer Reports has published a new rating of car brands that most (and least) satisfy car owners. Nearly 400,000 people participated in the survey, evaluating their cars based on 5 main factors.
In addition, respondents were asked if they would like to buy a car of the same brand again.
Car Satisfaction Criteria
- Handling and driving pleasure
- Comfort (including sound insulation and suspension performance)
- Electronics and systems performance
- Spaciousness
- Price/quality ratio compliance
According to the survey results, Tesla provides the most driving pleasure (a maximum of 5 points), comfort and electronics score four, while spaciousness and the number of storage niches (Americans pay special attention to this) receive a three for Tesla. As for price/quality ratio — only 1 point. Nevertheless, Tesla secured “gold” with its scores.
